CSSolutions designs, builds and runs digital systems for businesses. We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected through this website: we decide why and how it is used.
What we collect and why

We only ask for what we need for each purpose, and we don’t sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your consent, and withdrawing it
When you send the enquiry form, you agree to us using those details to reply to you. Optional cookies run only if you switch them on. You can withdraw either at any time, as easily as you gave it: for cookies, use ; for your enquiry, send a withdrawal request below. We then stop using that data and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing doesn’t affect what we did before.
Who else handles it
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database [location to be provided].
- Our email provider, which delivers enquiry notifications to our team.
- Google, only if you allow Analytics.
- YouTube or Vimeo, only if you allow Functional cookies or press Play on a video.
Each of them handles the data only to provide their service to us, or under their own terms when you play a video.
Your rights
- Access: a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it and who we shared it with.
- Correction: fix, complete or update anything that’s wrong or out of date.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data once it’s no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for.
- Nomination: name someone who can use these rights for you if you die or can’t act yourself.
- Grievance: complain to us about how we handled your data, and get an answer.
We reply within 30 days. To protect you, we may first ask you to confirm the request from the email address we hold.

Complaints to the Data Protection Board
If you’re not satisfied with how we resolved your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data or track children. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we’ll delete them.
Keeping it safe
Data travels encrypted, our database stores network addresses only as salted one-way fingerprints, and only our team can open the Studio. Our hosting’s security logs may record network addresses for [period to be provided]. If a breach affects your data, we’ll tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
